In short we try to offer a ‘one stop’ service which is fast , effective, and cost efficient. Our team are diplomatic in sensitive situations. We offer estimates prior to carrying out works if required. We provide a cost efficient service for landlords but also a quick service for tenants. We offer Gas Safety Inspections which includes all appliances in the property and as mentioned , should remedial works be needed we will provide a written estimate prior to the works commencing. We will also advise you of when a Gas Safety Inspection is due. We also offer Portable Appliance Tests which provide documentary evidence that you have taken due diligence to ensure the electrical appliances are safe to use. With domestic appliances we are able to offer brand new appliances with a manufacturers guarantee with fitting included in most cases at highly competitive prices. Once instructed to carry out works we will make all necessary appointments with your clients thus reducing your administration and we will keep you informed of the work’s progress. We
